About this service
Once upon a time, leadership involved a big stick, and this is no longer the case. Wielding a stick is much easier than modern leadership styles and thinking, and therefore it is important that we take a walk to better understand the different facets of what a modern leader looks like.
Once you have completed this program you will have a lot of opportunities to practice your new learning, and this can take many forms:

Getting to lead projects or take incremental responsibility for certain parts of your department

Being seconded into other roles to cover extended absence like annual leave, maternity cover or extended leave

Simply walking the walk and seeing your department shine

Be open to promotion, which may be in your department, in another area of the business or another business within the group

Helping your peers better understand different decisions being made in the business
This program is designed to provide small but important insights into leadership. It is a participant’s role to run deeper on their learning and points of interest. This program does not create leaders, it fosters leadership attributes and understanding.
